Hello friends i hope you all are safe at home
So i am also at home and i made somthing really special and one of my favourite dish Palak Bhurji. It is really tasty and as I told you that i write on food in my blog and yes i am foodie as well so here it is the recipe of Palak Bhurji.
Steps-
1) You have to rinse 150 grams spinach (Palak) leaves in water. make sure that you rinse them very well. Thrn chop them well.You will need 3 cups of chopped spinach. Then chop 2 small onion,3 tomatoes and 3 green chilies and keep them aside
2) Crumble 250gm paneer and keep aside. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a pan. Add 1 teaspoon jeera and 2 small tej patta. Saute till the jeera crackles. You can also use gee or butter.
3) Now add 1cup chopped onion. Stire and saute onion on a low to medium flame.When onion turned in to light brown add 2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste.Stir and saute till the raw aroma of both ginger and garlic goes away.
4) Then add 1 cup chopped tomatoes and 3 green chilies. Mix well and saute the tomatoes on a low to medium flame. Saute till tomatoes become soft.
5) Then add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder and t teaspoon chili powder and mix them well then add the chopped palak leaves. Mix the spinach leaves well with the onion-tomato masala. Cover the pan with a lid and on a low flame till the spinach leaves wilt.
6) When the spinach is coocked you will see some gravy in the pan. On a medium flame and cook till all the water evaporates. Then add crumbled paneer and add some salt taste wise. Add 1 teaspoon garam masala powder. You can also use your home made garam masala.
7) Mix well and saute for 2 minutes on low flame till the paneer is coocked.
Now our dish is complete....
Serve this dish with few chopped coriander leaves ......
